- Pro (1 or 12 months): 1,000 credits per month, 4K exports, Avatar V, cinematic avatars, the extra video models and 16+ hours of voice. Worth it for ads and frequent translation work.
- Business (1 month): 1,500 credits per month, 4K with upscaling, videos up to 60 minutes, 5 custom Avatar V avatars, shared workspace, brand kit, SAML/SSO, SCORM export and integrations with n8n, Make, HubSpot and Zapier.
All plans are delivered as a dedicated account, so your custom avatars, cloned voices and videos are never mixed with anyone else's.

How it works
- Choose a plan and term. You do not need to send your email or password.

- Receive your HeyGen login by email (or Telegram on request), sign in at heygen.com and check your plan and credits in settings.
Important notes
- Accounts are usually delivered within 1 to 5 hours during support hours (8:00–22:00 GMT+7).
- Each video uses credits depending on the model, length and complexity.
- We do not sell shared HeyGen plans.
- One-for-one replacement warranty for 30 days. The warranty does not cover credits already used or accounts suspended by HeyGen for content that violates its terms.
- Plans do not auto-renew. We will message you before expiry with a renewal offer.
