How it works

Choose Pro or Team and enter your Tempo email and password, or tick the box for a private account.

We activate the plan, usually within 30 minutes during support hours (8:00–22:00 GMT+7), and notify you by email or Telegram.

Important notes

Tempo is now a desktop app for macOS, Windows and Linux. Your computer needs Node.js and Git installed. The old web editor has been discontinued.
You can also connect your own Claude or ChatGPT subscription or an API key. Premium models consume the inference allowance quickly, so lighter models are recommended on Pro.
The plan does not auto-renew. We'll message you before it expires.
If you shared your password for the upgrade, change it after we confirm completion.

What's the difference between Pro and Team?

Pro is for 1 user with 5,000 test runs per month. Team covers 5 users with 35,000 test runs per month, longer history and a higher inference allowance.

Does Tempo still run in the browser?

No. Tempo is now a desktop app for macOS, Windows and Linux, and it requires Node.js and Git.

Can I use my own Claude or ChatGPT plan?

Yes. Tempo lets you connect Claude or ChatGPT subscriptions or an API key, in addition to the Tempo Inference included with your plan.

Own Account or Private Account?

Own Account upgrades your existing Tempo login. Private Account is a new dedicated account sent by email, and you can change its password.

How long does activation take?
