How it works
- Choose a token pack and validity period.

- Receive your key, base URL and setup guide by email, usually within 30 minutes during support hours (8:00–22:00 GMT+7).
Important notes
- This is a third-party gateway key. It cannot log in to OpenAI's platform and does not appear in OpenAI's API key dashboard.
- Prompts pass through the gateway before reaching the model. Do not send passwords, secret keys or sensitive customer data.
- Tokens are only usable within the pack's validity period. Unused tokens expire and do not carry over.
- Warranty: if the key fails during its term, we replace or top up the key first. If that is not possible, we refund the unused tokens. Used tokens are not refundable.
