How it works

- We activate Premium and notify you by email or Telegram.
Important notes
- Enter the exact SciSpace email you sign in with. A wrong email means the upgrade lands on the wrong account.
- Activation for this product takes from 5 hours up to 1 day during support hours (8:00–22:00 GMT+7).
- Credits are spent when you assign work to SciSpace Agent. According to SciSpace, using Chat with PDF and Literature Review on their own (outside Agent) does not consume credits.
- Monthly credits do not roll over. Check your balance and per-task usage in your SciSpace account usage page.
- The plan ends after one month and does not auto-renew. Order again to continue.
- Warranty with replacement for the full plan term. Change your password after we confirm the upgrade.
