These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of aitopup.io and your purchase of products from AITopUp. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

AITopUp sells digital upgrade plans and access to third-party software and online services, including but not limited to AI tools (such as ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, Cursor Pro, Midjourney and Gemini), design and editing software, productivity apps, language-learning apps, streaming services, VPNs and cloud storage, as well as bundles of these products.

Our service includes help choosing a plan, crypto payment processing, delivery or activation within the stated timeframe, setup guidance and warranty support for the period listed on each product page.

Independent reseller

AITopUp is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, Adobe, Canva, Netflix, Spotify, NordVPN, Duolingo, Midjourney, Cursor (Anysphere) or any other provider whose products we sell. All product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Customer accounts

If you create an account on aitopup.io, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your AITopUp password secure. Activity on your account is treated as your own.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Orders and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We accept cryptocurrency only, through Cryptomus or as USDT via Binance Pay or Bybit. An order is fulfilled only after its payment has been confirmed. Full details are in our Payment policy.

Your responsibilities

When you buy and use a plan from AITopUp, you agree to:

• Comply with the terms of service and usage policies of the third-party provider (for example OpenAI, Google, Adobe or the streaming service you buy). You are solely responsible for how you use their services.
• Keep your login details, passwords and verification codes private and never post them publicly.
• Not use any product for illegal activity, spam, malware or prohibited content.
• Contact us promptly if something goes wrong during the warranty period.

Prohibited conduct

• Payment fraud, providing false information or abusing our refund or warranty policies.
• Bulk purchasing for resale without a prior written agreement with AITopUp.
• Attacking, probing or disrupting the website or its infrastructure.
• Requesting activation on accounts that violate the provider’s policies.

We may refuse service, cancel orders or close accounts involved in any of the above.

Limitation of liability

Products are provided “as is” and depend on services operated by third-party providers. AITopUp is not responsible for outages, feature changes, pricing changes, regional restrictions or account actions taken by those providers, for internet or network issues, or for losses caused by you sharing your account details. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AITopUp is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always published on aitopup.io with its “last updated” date. Orders completed before a change remain subject to the Terms in effect at the time of purchase, unless the law requires otherwise. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
