Most orders are activated within 30 minutes after your payment is confirmed. During off-hours it can take up to 2 hours.
We accept cryptocurrency only. Pay through Cryptomus in USDT (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20), USDC, BTC, ETH, LTC, TRX and more, confirmed automatically on-chain. Or send USDT with Binance Pay or Bybit at no network fee, confirmed by our team during support hours.
Yes. Every product comes with its own warranty period (usually 7–30 days). If anything goes wrong, contact us on Telegram or by email for a fix, replacement or refund.

We supply upgrade plans through trusted partner channels. Every order includes setup instructions and after-sales support.
Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 24 hours. If you have already paid, contact support before activation starts.
Choose Binance Pay or Bybit at checkout. After you place the order, the payment page shows our Binance Pay ID or Bybit UID, the exact USDT amount and your order reference. Send the payment from your app, then paste the transaction ID on the payment page. We confirm the transfer during support hours (8:00–22:00 GMT+7), usually within 30 minutes.
About 60 minutes after placing the order. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically, and you can place a new one at any time. If you paid after an order expired, contact support with your order number and transaction ID.
It depends on the plan. Plans marked "Own account" upgrade an account you already have, so enter its login email in the "Account to upgrade" field at checkout. Other plans come with a ready-to-use account. Each product page says which type it is.
By email, at the address you enter at checkout, and on your order page. If we need a detail to finish activation, such as a one-time code, we contact you by email or Telegram.
Yes, if we cannot deliver what you ordered or a covered problem cannot be fixed during the warranty. Refunds are paid in USDT, usually within 3–7 days. See the Refund policy for the full conditions.
Never. We only need the transaction ID of your payment. Anyone asking for your private keys or seed phrase is not AITopUp.
