Which plan should I choose?

Shared Account (1 or 3 months): a ready-made account shared with other users. The cheapest option; we send the login details by email. Don't change the password or settings.
Private Account (6 or 12 months): we add your Tidal email to a Tidal Family plan (formerly HiFi Plus Family), so you get a membership used only by you. We may need to create a fresh account and help you move your saved playlists and albums.

How it works

Choose a plan type and duration.

Important notes

Tidal is officially available in around 60 countries. If you are outside a supported country, connect through a VPN (US or Singapore servers work well).
Do not change the password or email of a shared account or an account we created for you during the plan term; doing so voids the warranty.
Durations don't stack if you buy several orders at once. Plans don't auto-renew; message us to extend on the same account at the current plan price.
One-for-one replacement warranty for 30 days, or a refund if we can't deliver.
If you gave us your own password for the upgrade, change it after we confirm completion.

Tidal merged HiFi and HiFi Plus into a single Individual plan with all quality tiers, including Hi-Res FLAC and Dolby Atmos. That is what you get.

What is the difference between Shared and Private?

Shared (1 or 3 months) is a ready-made account used by several people. Private (6 or 12 months) adds your own email to a Tidal Family plan so the membership is yours alone.

How many devices can I use?

Use 1–2 fixed devices. Logging in on more devices can cause access issues and isn't covered.

Do I need a VPN?

Only if Tidal isn't available in your country. In that case, connect via a US or Singapore VPN server.
