Zoom Pro (now Zoom Workplace Pro) is the paid plan for individuals and small teams. The biggest change from free Basic is meeting length: Basic cuts meetings at 40 minutes, while Pro lets each meeting run up to 30 hours. AITopUp upgrades your own Zoom account for 1 to 12 months, with capacity from 100 up to 1,000 participants.

Which plan should I choose?
- 100 Participants: Zoom Pro, ideal for classes, coaching, client calls and small teams.
- 300, 500 or 1,000 Participants: your account is upgraded to Zoom Business or Business Plus for large classes, webinars-style sessions and company all-hands.
Every capacity is available for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Longer terms suit ongoing courses or teams; short terms suit one-off events.

How it works
- Choose a capacity and duration, then enter your Zoom email and password in the order form, or tick the box to receive a new private account instead.
- Pay with crypto via Cryptomus (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, LTC, TRX and more). The order is confirmed automatically on-chain.
- We upgrade your account, usually within 30 minutes to 2 hours during support hours (8:00–22:00 GMT+7), and confirm by email.
Important notes
- Don't change your password while we process the order so we can check and fix issues quickly. If you do change it, send us the new one.
- If Zoom asks for two-factor authentication after the upgrade, tap Skip and continue as normal.
- One-for-one replacement warranty for 30 days. If we can't replace it, you're refunded under our warranty and refund policy.
- Plans don't auto-renew. We'll message you before expiry.
- If you shared your password with us, change it once we confirm the upgrade is complete.
