Which plan should I choose?
- Private Account – 12 Months: we register Smallpdf Pro on your personal email so it's yours alone, usable on multiple devices. Best for privacy and daily work.
- Shared Account – 12 Months: a ready-made Pro account shared with other users, used on 1–2 fixed devices. The cheapest option for occasional use.

How it works
- Choose Private or Shared and complete your order (enter your email for the Private plan).
- Pay with crypto via Cryptomus (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, LTC, TRX and more). Your order is confirmed automatically on-chain.
- Receive your activation confirmation or login by email, usually within 5–15 minutes during support hours (8:00–22:00 GMT+7).
Important notes
- Shared Account: do not change the password or email. Doing so locks out other users, may get the account suspended and voids the warranty.
- Shared Account: do not store personal documents in the account's file storage.
- If you shared a password with us for setup, change it once we confirm activation.
- One-for-one replacement warranty for 30 days, or a refund under our warranty policy if we can't replace it.
- The plan does not auto-renew; we'll message you before it expires.
