Which plan should I choose?
- Shared Account (3, 6 or 12 months): a ready-made account shared with other users, for 1–2 devices. The cheapest option. Don't change the password or email.
- Private Account / 3 Months: a dedicated account used only by you, delivered by email in 5–15 minutes.
- Private Account / 12 Months: we upgrade your own NordVPN account to Premium, usually within 10–60 minutes. Enter your Nord email in the upgrade details field.

How it works
- Choose a plan type and duration. For the 12-month private plan, enter your NordVPN email.

- Receive your login or upgrade confirmation by email during support hours (8:00–22:00 GMT+7).
Important notes
- Shared accounts are limited to 1–2 devices. Don't change the password or email.
- Meshnet was discontinued by NordVPN on December 1, 2025 and is not included.
- One-for-one replacement warranty for the term. If we can't replace it, you're refunded under our warranty and refund policy.
- Plans don't auto-renew. We'll message you before expiry.
- If you shared your password for the upgrade, change it once we confirm completion.
