- Pro: for developers and daily coding automation, testing large cloud models without many parallel agents. Includes monthly cloud credits and 3 concurrent cloud requests.
- Max: 5x the cloud credits of Pro, 10 concurrent cloud requests and early access to the newest models. Best for multi-agent workloads and heavy automation.

How it works
- Choose Pro or Max and enter your Ollama email and password.
- Pay with crypto via Cryptomus (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, LTC, TRX and more). The order is confirmed automatically on-chain.
- We activate the plan, usually within 30 minutes during support hours (8:00–22:00 GMT+7), and confirm by email (Telegram on request).
Important notes
- Cloud credits refresh monthly and do not roll over.
- Limits apply only to cloud usage; running models on your own hardware is unlimited.
- If you shared your password for the upgrade, change it once we confirm completion.
- 1-for-1 warranty for the full term. If a replacement isn't possible, you are refunded under our warranty and refund policy.
- Plans do not auto-renew; we remind you before expiry with a returning-customer offer.
