How it works
- Choose Lite, Core or Max and enter your VideoScribe email and password in the order form.
- Pay with crypto via Cryptomus (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, LTC, TRX and more). Your order is confirmed automatically on-chain.
- We upgrade your account, usually within 10–60 minutes during support hours (8:00–22:00 GMT+7), and notify you by email.
Important notes
- Plan term is 1 month. The plan does not auto-renew; we'll message you before it expires so you can extend.
- One-for-one replacement warranty for the full plan term. If we can't fix or replace it, you're refunded under our warranty and refund policy.
- If you shared your password for the upgrade, change it once we confirm the upgrade is done.
