How it works
- Choose the 6-month or 12-month plan.

- Receive your Windscribe Pro email and password by email (or Telegram on request), usually within 30 minutes during support hours (8:00–22:00 GMT+7). Check your spam folder too.
- Install the Windscribe app or extension, sign in and connect.
Important notes
- Sign in and use the account on 1 fixed device only (the app and browser extension on that same device).
- Do not change the password, email or billing details. Changes lock other users out, can get the account suspended and void your warranty.
- Covered with a free replacement for the full term. If we cannot replace the account, you are refunded under our warranty and refund policy.
