How it works
- Choose your plan. For Own Account plans, enter your ChineseSkill account details in the order form.
- Pay with crypto through Cryptomus (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, LTC, TRX and more). Your order is confirmed automatically once the payment is confirmed on-chain.
- We upgrade your account or send the shared login by email (or Telegram on request), usually within 30 minutes during support hours (8:00–22:00 GMT+7).
- Sign in and start learning.
Important notes
- After the upgrade, sign in using the same method you used to create the account (email, Google, Facebook or Apple). ChineseSkill treats each sign-in method as a separate account.
- Shared Account: 1 device only. Do not change the password or email, as that locks others out, may get the account suspended and voids your warranty.
- All plans last 12 months and are covered by warranty for 30 days. If a replacement cannot be provided, you are refunded under our warranty and refund policy.
- Plans do not auto-renew. We will remind you before expiry, with a special renewal rate for returning customers.
- If you shared your password with us for the upgrade, change it once we confirm it is done.
