Which plan should I choose?
- Plus - Own Account / 12 Months: we upgrade your existing Lingokids account, so your child's progress stays with you. No account yet? Tick the box at checkout and we will create a new private account for you.
- Shared Account / 12 Months: a ready-made account we send by email. The most affordable option, but you must not change its login details.

How it works
- Choose your plan. For Own Account, enter your Lingokids email and password at checkout.
- Pay with crypto through Cryptomus (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, LTC, TRX and more). Your order is confirmed automatically once the payment is confirmed on-chain.
- Own Account upgrades take about 10–60 minutes. Shared accounts are emailed (or sent via Telegram on request), usually within 30 minutes during support hours (8:00–22:00 GMT+7).
- For the shared account, sign in with the email and password we send by choosing Use password instead.
Important notes
- Lingokids is designed for ages 2–8.
- Do not change the password or email of a shared account. Changes lock other users out, may get the account suspended and void your warranty.
- One-for-one warranty for 30 days. If a replacement cannot be provided, you are refunded under our warranty and refund policy.
- Plans do not auto-renew. We will remind you before expiry, with a special renewal rate for returning customers.
- If you shared your password with us for the upgrade, change it once we confirm it is done.
