Which plan should I choose?
- Private Account / 12 Months: we upgrade your own Busuu account to Premium, usually within 10–60 minutes. Just add your Busuu email to the order. Your progress and certificates stay yours.
- Shared Account / 1 Month: a ready-made Premium account shared with other users, delivered by email in 5–15 minutes. Great for a short trial run. Don't change the password.

How it works
- Choose a plan. For the 12-month plan, enter your Busuu account email.
- Pay with crypto via Cryptomus (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, LTC, TRX and more). The order is confirmed automatically on-chain.
- Receive your upgrade confirmation or login details by email during support hours (8:00–22:00 GMT+7).
Important notes
- The plan sold is Busuu Premium. If you need Premium Plus features such as AI conversations or pronunciation scoring, message us before ordering.
- Progress and certificates on the shared plan stay on the shared account and can't be moved to your own account.
- Don't change the password or email of the shared account. Changes lock others out, can get the account banned and void the warranty.
- One-for-one replacement warranty for the term, or a refund under our warranty policy.
- Plans don't auto-renew. If you shared your password for the upgrade, change it after we confirm completion.
