Important notes

Do not change the password or email of the shared account. Changes lock other users out, may get the account suspended and void your warranty.
The plan runs for 12 months and is covered by warranty for 30 days. If a replacement account cannot be provided, you are refunded according to our warranty and refund policy.

What does the warranty cover?
